That looks like Res Rapid, late of The Scholniks. He still knows how to write a great song.
I'm fairly certain both guys were in the Scholniks. Their song "Invasion of The Giant Ants" is catchy as hell too.

Thanks, I linked you guys. I found your review of Midnight Oil's "Red Sails in the Sunset" interesting reading since it was one of the first albums I bought.
I went to the Rocket Jocks myspace, and I'm liking this stuff a lot.
